All custom and made-to-order products are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. Shipping notifications and tracking information will be sent through Shopify, and Lucky U Custom Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
